Zgodnie z decyzją Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego o zawieszeniu działalności instytucji kultury, w trosce o zdrowie i bezpieczeństwo widzów informujemy, iż wszystkie marcowe przedstawienia w naszym Teatrze zostają odwołane.
Widzowie, którzy zakupili bilety online otrzymają zwrot środków na konto. Aby usprawnić ten proces prosimy o przesyłanie na adres bilety@teatropole.pl Państwa danych do przelewu (imię, nazwisko, tytuł spektaklu oraz nr konta). Przepraszamy za utrudnienia i liczymy na Państwa wyrozumiałość.
Kasa Teatru czynna będzie w czwartek, 12 marca oraz w piątek, 13 marca w godzinach 10:00 – 18:00. Osoby, które zakupiły bilety w kasie mogą dokonać ich zwrotu w godzinach otwarcia kasy wyłącznie w tych dniach. Osoby, które nie będą mogły pojawić się w Teatrze osobiście proszone są o kontakt mailowy (bilety@teatropole.pl) lub telefoniczny (77 45 45 941).
STATEMENT - ALL PERFOMANCES ARE CANCELLED
Regarding the statement of Mr Piotr Gliński, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, on suspending the operations of cultural institutions from Thursday (March 12th), we would like to inform that all March performances at our Theater are being cancelled.
Viewers who have purchased tickets online will receive a refund to their account. To facilitate this process, please send your transfer details (name, surname, title of the show and account number) to the address bilety@teatropole.pl. We apologize for that inconvenience and we count on your understanding.
The Theatre box office will be open on Thursday, March 12th and Friday, March 13th from 10 am to 6 pm. People who have bought tickets at the box office can return them during its opening hours only on March 12th and 13th. People who will not be able to come to the Theatre in person are asked to contact us by email (bilety@teatropole.pl) or by phone (77 45 45 941).
