The piece is a type of constellation of the author and performer’s associations and references: to Samuel Beckett’s play and its main character Krapp listening to his old recordings created for every birthday during his life, to the title’s role of Tadeusz Łomnicki from the second half of 80’s of the XX century, and finally to the Performer’s first solo appearance in a piece choreographed by Hanna Strzemiecka in year 2000. After two decades from that solo performance called “DC 5861494” Ryszard Kalinowski is getting back to well-known scenes, pictures and memories. He is asking many questions for himself, “listening through his body” to his old video registration, having a dialogue with the picture on screen and creating a perspective of the next meeting with himself in the future…
for next 20 years.
