DESCRIPTION
There are secrets that destroy everything you love…
Each of us attended at least one family event that suddenly crumbled right before our eyes: the joyful mood, desperately upheld by the kind-hearted aunts and inebriated uncles, unexpectedly dissipated, and the atmosphere grew heavy. In The Celebration, this decomposition of a long-awaited party that we watch on stage is merely the premise of an original, important story, full of twists and turns.
In the background of the story about a family celebration lurks a scandal and truth that has been hidden for years. Truth is uncomfortable and nobody wants to hear it, because once said – it explodes with the power of a bomb, hurting everyone.

THE MEDIA ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
It‘s about hypocrisy of the society and internal breakdown of the family, masked by the game of appearances, conventions, sanctified by the tradition of rituals.
Iwona Kłopocka, Nowa Trybuna Opolska
The ceremony deserves a stop for a long time on Opole posters.
Henryk Mazurkiewicz, teatralny.pl
Great group scenes.
